DBS wanted a loyalty rewards system with gamification that unified earning across products and drove specific customer behaviours.
Our Approach
We built a 360-degree customer-touchpoint model: earn across multiple products, unified behaviour tracking, and targeted burn mechanics. Features included AR integration to find shops with real-time offers through the camera, gamification with badges, referrals, challenges, lucky draws, campaigns, gift cards and vouchers, and a single reward currency redeemable on any channel with real-time settlement to reduce points wastage.
